Exchanges or returns  are available for 14 days from the date of your order, according to Government Emergency Ordinance no 34/2014 regarding consumers rights and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. Distance contracts refer to contract between a professional and a consumer for the provision of a service or goods. A distance contract may be concluded by any means (by telephone, email, catalogue etc) which do not require the simultaneous physical presence of the parties to the contract.

We will issue a refund for the price of the items you bought upon items arrival at our office.Please make sure that you return the products in perfect condition, meaning that our products must not be used or damaged, must have all the original accessories and labels on.

We will refund the value of the goods that you send back to us through wire transfer within 3 working days after we receive the products and we confirm that they are in perfect and unused condition. In order to proceed with the wire transfer you should provide us correct bank account details. The bank account holder name and details you provide should be the same with the beneficiary name from the initial issued invoice.
