The site www.mrpostman.ro is the property of Mr. Postman SRL, registered in Bucharest, Str. Stroe Postelnicu, nr. 23, sector 1, registered with the Trade Register under number J40 / 7357/2016, CUI RO36121089, account holder no. RO59RZBR0000060018804818 open to Raiffeisen Bank.

Use of this site implies acceptance of the terms and conditions below. We recommend reading these carefully. MR POSTMAN S.R.L. assumes the right to amend these provisions without further notice. The latest version can be found by visiting this page, called “Terms and Conditions”.

MR POSTMAN S.R.L. guarantees the user limited access for personal interest (making online orders, information) on www.mrpostman.ro and does not give him the right to download or partially or completely modify the site, reproduce in part or in whole site, copy, sell / resell or exploit the site in any other manner, for commercial purposes or against the interests of MR POSTMAN SRL without its prior written consent.

2. The products and services offered by MR POSTMAN S.R.L. on www.mrpostman.ro and pricing policy

MR POSTMAN S.R.L. reserves the right to select their clients. The products marketed through MR POSTMAN are new, in the original packaging of the producer and at the time of delivery are accompanied by the fiscal invoice or it will be sent by email if the customer so requests, according to the legislation in force. The products and services are provided subject to the provisions of this document and within the available stock limit. For this reason MR POSTMAN S.R.L. assumes the right not to honor a particular order if that product is no longer in stock or is no longer found in the importer’s current offer.

Prices include VAT (19%). The purchase price printed on the invoice will be the same as that set by MR POSTMAN S.R.L. when the order is confirmed as a firm order or in the case of orders with a direct credit card payment this price will be the one published on the site at the time of the purchase.

MR POSTMAN SRL guarantees the good functioning of this site, the quality of the information presented, the correctness of the descriptions, the updating of the content, the quality of the products on the site. Images posted on the site are real images of marketed products.

The content of MR POSTMAN (texts, product descriptions, technical specifications, images, symbols) is made up in collaboration with the representatives of the respective producers. For this reason, MR POSTMAN. does not assume responsibility for the descriptions and specifications of the products displayed on the MRPOSTMAN site, which are made available to us by the representatives of each brand, or by the importers agreed by them. MR POSTMAN S.R.L. and its partners reserve the right to modify product descriptions and specifications without prior notice.

3. Payment of products

Products ordered must be paid in full, otherwise delivery will not be made. Payment of products ordered from www.mrpostman.com under these “Terms and Conditions” may be made in advance or upon delivery of the products. MR POSTMAN S.R.L. reserves the right in certain cases to request payment of the products in advance. Payment in advance can be made through a payment order or credit card; proof of payment must be sent to MR POSTMAN S.R.L. at email office@mrpostman.ro. The delivery will be made only after receipt of payment confirmation.

Payment in advance is also considered as payment using the online credit card. In this case MR POSTMAN S.R.L. will require the electronic payment processor to confirm the security and validity of the transaction, and perform additional checks where appropriate prior to delivery of the products, this verification

4. Delivery of products

You will receive a confirmation email from us when you order is processed. If you haven’t received your order after 8 days please send us an email, with your order number, at office@mrpostman.ro and we’ll do our best to locate the problem.

Delivery of products will be done anywhere in Romania and UE countries (Greece, Hungary, Bulgaria, Austria, Italy,Germania) . MR POSTMAN S.R.L. reserves the right to perform order confirmation before honoring them by contacting customers.

We ask you to contact our customer service (office@mrpostman. ro) if your package has not arrived within 8 working days (Europe) so we can locate the problem.

To make sure your online shopping experience is safe, all transactions are made in collaboration with Raiffeisen Bank largest company for online payment solutions. We also use 3D Secure, which is a global standard for safety developed by Visa and Mastercard. (If your bank is not familiar with 3D Secure, they might decline your online purchase.

The reception of the products is the client’s acceptance that the products have arrived in good condition and correspond quantitatively and qualitatively to what they ordered and this is done when signing the legal tax documents accompanying the package. The invoice is a sale / purchase contract according to the Romanian legislation in force. The customer explicitly agrees to sign the invoice that he has received the products that are in line with the order and its needs.

MR POSTMAN S.R.L. reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they can not be honored for reasons beyond the control of MR POSTMAN S.R.L. which include: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, revolts, civil disturbances or other impediments of force majeure according to the Romanian law or during the holiday season.

The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by MR POSTMAN S.R.L. against any customer in the case of non-delivery or inappropriate delivery is the amount of the amount collected by MR POSTMAN S.R.L. from this client.

5. Promotions and contests
MR POSTMAN S.R.L. sets the rules for promotions and contests we organize. These regulations are made available to potential participants only through their own site. These promotions benefit only from commands that follow exactly the rules posted on the site. Promotions also apply only to orders that are registered by the company within the time specified in the rules and where the promotion is valid and only within the available stock limit. We do not guarantee the stock availability of promotional products and we may interrupt or cancel it at any time without prior notice.

5. Product warranty
The warranty conditions are in accordance with Law 449/2003 and OG. 21/1992. When the warranty is requested, it is necessary to present the defective product in the original package, together with the related accessories, a copy of the fiscal invoice and the warranty certificate (where applicable). In case the products get unaccompanied by these documents, the products can be returned to the applicant / sender without his / her warranty being solved.
The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by MR POSTMAN S.R.L. against any customer in the case of non-delivery or inappropriate delivery is the amount of the amount collected by MR POSTMAN S.R.L. from this client.

6. Right of return of purchased products
The customer may unilaterally terminate the contract (purchased online) without penalty and without claiming any particular reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods, cf. 130/2000, supplemented by Law 51/2003 on the legal regime of distance contracts, only in writing, and may return the product (s) within the same term.
Returning products will be free of charge in Romania, MR POSTMAN S.R.L. will return the order value within 2 working days of receipt of the returned product. For UE countries Mr Postman does not refund the shipping costs.
The law also provides the following details: “The consumer may not unilaterally terminate the contracts for the supply of products executed according to consumer specifications or distinctly personalized products as well as those which by their nature can not be returned or degraded or rapidly deteriorate. “

7. User comments on the MRPOSTMAN website
Users accessing the MRPOSTMAN website may comment on the products offered, which may be published on the site after prior approval. MR POSTMAN S.R.L. reserves the right, but not the obligation, not to post on the site any comments with illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory content that disturb in any way

Subscribing and unsubscribing to the www.mrpostman.ro newsletter is free and voluntary, and involves accepting the following terms of use. Messages sent are not unsolicited and you can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the bottom of each email. The sent messages respect the law of Electronic Commerce regarding the commercial communication as stipulated by the Romanian and international legislation.

The use of the newsletter is subject to the same terms of limitation of the content liability as authorizing and using the site under the terms of this document and the privacy policy is described in detail in the following section. MR POSTMAN S.R.L. holds all rights to the content of the newsletter sent to subscribers under the same conditions as for the information published on the site, in accordance with the provisions of this document.

Subscribers to the MR POSTMAN newsletter can resend these commercial communications to other people on their own responsibility and under the circumstances in which they have not modified the structure or content of the messages in question. When notifying users, MR POSTMAN S.R.L. will take all measures and provide you with all the necessary files for the competent bodies empowered to resolve this type of offense.

The information provided to MR POSTMAN S.R.L. are used only for the purpose for which they were entered (ordering, posting MR Postman personnel messages, subscribing to the newsletter, etc.), in accordance with applicable laws. -the right to ask MR POSTMAN S.R.L. to rectify, update, block or delete, free of charge, those data provided whose processing does not comply with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001;

-the right to ask MR POSTMAN S.R.L. to terminate your processing of your personal data free of charge;

-the right to ask MR POSTMAN S.R.L. to stop sending promotional messages.

MR POSTMAN uses security measures against the loss, alteration or misuse of the information under our control.

MR POSTMAN S.R.L. can not be held responsible for errors resulting from user negligence regarding the security and confidentiality of their account and password. MR POSTMAN S.R.L. can not be held responsible in any way for the loss or alteration of personal data stored by MR POSTMAN for the purpose specified in this document.

Any access to the MR POSTMAN user’s personal information database, including any unauthorized access attempt, will be recorded in an access file. The access files will make it possible for MR POSTMAN S.R.L. of persons who have accessed personal data without a legitimate reason, in order to notify the competent bodies. Any attempt to access another person’s personal data, modify the content of the site, or affect the performance of the server running MRPOSTMAN will be considered a fraud attempt on the MRPOSTMAN site and will trigger research criminal against the one or those who initiated this action.

Any other issue caused by the products and services submitted on MRPOSTMAN and not already dealt with by any article in this document will be settled amicably within 30 business days of the date of written notice of the problem by the user .

If the problem is not resolved within a reasonable time (within the maximum 30-day period), or in a satisfactory way, please contact us for a conciliation at office@mrpostman.ro .

If the conflict has not been settled amicably, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts or an alternative dispute resolution body, agreed by both parties. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Use of the MR POSTMAN site, the client fully assumes the consequences arising from the use of the site under these conditions.

What is personal data?

Personal data is all the information that can be linked directly or indirectly to a living person. This means that the following is considered personal information: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, IP address, photographs etc.

What personal data does Mr Postman process?

MR POSTMAN stores the personal data that you as a customer leave to MR POSTMAN in connection with an order. This includes name, address, e-mail address, mobile number, credit card details, other means of payment and also personal identification number for credit check on invoice payments. This information is stored in order for us to manage your order, deliver your goods to the desired address, manage payment and any returns, swaps and complaints. If you have accepted to receive Mr Postman’s newsletter, Mr Postman will save your email address.

Personal data may be submitted for processing on behalf of Mr Postman through a personal data assistant. In such cases, a written agreement will be created to regulate the personal data processing assistant’s handling of personal data and the personal data assistant will not be entitled to use the personal data for purposes other than performing the tasks assigned by Mr Postman.
